When the maximum movement has been achieved this is when you are told the treatment has completed here it seems you wanted further changes beyond what is physically possible with aligners or that could change the balance of the remaining teeth. There is no difference to how this is done in-clinic. Refinements are a reality with any orthodontic treatment and we do provide the necessary extensions free of charge should some teeth have a slower response rate which represent 20 to 30% of cases and is clearly stated in your plan and the reason for our guarantees to be designed this way. We are solution driven and care about customer satisfaction and as you pointed out your treatment got extended so we always provide the necessary devices to achieve the best possible results. BE AWARE PEOPLE! Your final message to me was that my teeth still being crooked at the front was just an illusion!! Absolutely gutted with my final results and wish I hadn't wasted my money. As the dentist said to me "Buy cheap, buy twice" **update** I've reached out to you many many times and could not come to an agreement with you. Also when they say it will take around 10 months, it's more like double that! Go and see a dentist is person first even if it's just for an initial consultation and they will tell you to avoid this and other companies like it. I would also advise others not to review the company until your treatment is complete as the results they promise are nothing like the results that you get at the end. This was done through the app, and you get a notification via SMS, email and through the app. These were replaced promptly, or a dentist has messaged me back to give advice on what I can do. On occasions, I've had to message as I've lost or broken aligners. I'm only around 90% complete, and as promised revisions are included within the plan, I seem to have a stubborn tooth, but true to their word, it's getting sorted within the agreed plan. Because I don't feel self-conscious about having wonky teeth haha. It's more of a hassle for me to keep removing them so my diets become better too!! I see a MASSIVE difference and corny as it sounds I am smiling more. The process isn't the most comfortable, but hey, it's not the worse, and the result is straighter teeth, oh and they've gone whiter as my teeth haven't been exposed to the usual junk I feed myself haha. With this, I messaged to keep them updated, and they were fantastic, helped me maintain my plan and ensure I could pay still (without stress). I started with the payment plan option so it was more affordable for me, and then covid hit and I lost my work.
